  • FIDIC Expert – in projects carried out in Calarasi, Sf. Gheorghe.

Alina Mioara Cobuz Bagnaru has been a lawyer within the Bucharest Bar Association since 1995, member of the International Bar Association (IBA- Section of Business Law), Arbitrator at the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Finban Mediator. It has represented the Romanian State and domestic and foreign multinational companies in more than 80 domestic and international arbitration lawsuits in Paris, London, Vienna, Zurich, Geneva and Osaka.

Since 1999 she has been the Manager of the Law Firm Cobuz & Associates. She is a FIDIC specialist and expert in claims and disputes.

The expert’s expertise consists of the representation and assistance of the Romanian State and private companies in domestic and international arbitrations conducted under ICC, CAB, UNCITRAL, FIDIC, ICSID regulations derived from privatization contracts, consultancy contracts, infrastructure projects, technological investment projects. Author of the book The Ad Hoc Arbitration conducted under UNCITRAL Regulations, published at the Universul Juridic publishing house.
